The whole beast
March 14th, 2008 by DawnA date has been set! Eric and I have been waiting to see when Lark would be hosting their next Whole Beast Dinner. We went last year and had a really great time. This year is their third annual Whole Beast Dinner, and it’s going to be on Monday, April 21. They’re ordering a pig, a goat, and a lamb or two and will be coming up with a meal using these animals.
